What we do

Three workstreams, run together.

Authority so investors take the call. Acquisition so there are calls to take. Conversion so none of them decay. Run separately they underperform, which is why we do not sell them separately.

Workstream I

Positioning, site, founder content. Usually the first four weeks.

Authority

An accredited investor decides whether you are credible before they agree to a call. That judgment happens on your website, on your LinkedIn profile, and in whatever a search for your name returns. It takes about ninety seconds and you are not in the room for it.

We build the assets that survive that inspection. Not claims about discipline, but evidence of it: how you underwrite, what you passed on and why, what happened in the deals you have already closed.

  • Positioning and messaging
What you actually do, stated so a fund-of-funds allocator and a first-time LP both understand it.
  • Website build
A site that reads institutional and captures the people who arrive on it.
  • Founder content
Written and filmed from your deal experience, published on a cadence that holds.
  • Compliance-aware copy
Written to stay clear of language that reads as an offer. Your counsel still reviews it.
Workstream II

Campaigns, webinars, live events. Launches around week two.

Acquisition

Every channel we run reports a cost per qualified investor conversation. That number is the point. It tells you what the next twenty meetings will cost before you commit to them, which is the difference between a raise you can plan and a raise you hope for.

For Calturas Capital that figure currently sits at thirty-two dollars, and sixty-three percent of webinar registrants confirmed accredited status before attending. Your numbers will differ. You will know what they are within the first month.

  • Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
Compliant targeting, creative tested weekly, reported on cost per qualified lead.
  • Investor webinars
Built, promoted, and run. Registration through to follow-up sequence.
  • In-person investor events
Venue, invitations, qualification, and the follow-up that makes the room worth the spend.
  • Targeted outreach
Direct approaches to defined investor profiles, with consent records kept.
Workstream III

CRM, response, follow-up, diligence path. Built alongside launch.

Conversion

A lead who fills in a form on Tuesday morning is a different prospect by Tuesday afternoon. Most sponsors lose more investors to a slow first reply than to a weak offering, and they never see it happen because the lead simply never responds again.

We build the systems that reach them first and the path that carries them from that first reply to your data room without anyone having to remember to do it.

  • Investor CRM
Built and synced with whatever your sales team already lives in, rather than replacing it.
  • Five-minute response
Automated first contact inside the window where interest is still live.
  • AI-assisted follow-up
Structured sequences that keep working the list after the first call.
  • Data room path
A defined route from interest to diligence, so nobody stalls waiting on a document.
How engagements work

There is no package to choose from.

A general partner raising five million for a first deal and a manager opening Fund III need almost nothing in common. Selling them the same three-tier retainer would be easy and would not work.

Everything is custom on the front end. The assessment is how we work out which of the three workstreams you actually need, in what order, and at what weight. Some clients start with authority alone for a quarter. Others need acquisition running inside two weeks because a deal is already live.

What does not change is the reporting. Whatever we run, you get cost per opportunity every week.

  • Fixed fees, always
Monthly retainers agreed in advance. Never a success fee, a commission, or anything contingent on capital raised.
  • You own everything
The CRM, the investor list, the ad accounts, the content. All of it stays in your name.
  • Weekly reporting
Cost per qualified conversation, every week, whether the number is good or bad.
  • Your counsel decides
We build marketing at your direction and defer to your securities counsel on every question of law.
