We create opportunities, not capital
We control how many qualified investors reach your calendar and what each one costs. We do not control whether they commit, and we will not take credit for capital you raised in a conversation we were not in.
Vector Capital Strategies builds investor pipelines for private real estate sponsors, syndicators, and fund managers raising from accredited investors. That is the whole practice. We do not take retail clients, e-commerce, or anyone whose buyer is not an investor.
Who you are actually contracting with.
BooztBrand Inc. is a Canadian corporation working with sponsors across the United States. Vector Capital Strategies is the name we market under; it is not a separate legal entity, and every agreement you sign is with BooztBrand Inc..
We say this plainly on every page because the people we work with check. A fund manager who is about to hand you their investor narrative will look up who they are dealing with, and finding a trading name with nothing behind it is the sort of thing that ends a conversation quietly.
The case for a narrow practice.
The buyer is accredited, sophisticated, and usually being approached by four other sponsors the same week. The product cannot be described freely, because securities law governs how you talk about it. The sales cycle runs months, not days. And the cost of a wrong claim is not a bad campaign, it is a regulator.
A generalist agency learns that on your budget. We already know it, because it is the only thing we do. That is the entire argument for hiring a firm this narrow, and it is the only one we make.
These shape how every engagement runs. If you disagree with them, we are probably not the right firm, and it is better to find that out now.
We control how many qualified investors reach your calendar and what each one costs. We do not control whether they commit, and we will not take credit for capital you raised in a conversation we were not in.
The CRM, the investor list, the ad accounts, the content, the domain. All of it stays in your name. If you stop working with us, you keep everything, because an audience you rent is not an asset.
An investor who fills in a form is worth more in the first five minutes than in the next five days. We would rather send a good reply immediately than a perfect one tomorrow, and we build systems on that assumption.
Not a review step at the end. We write to stay clear of language that reads as an offer, and we defer to your securities counsel on every question of law. We are marketers, and we are clear about where that stops.
We are paid monthly retainers agreed in advance. Our fee does not move with the amount you raise, the number of investors you admit, or whether an offering closes.
That is partly principle and partly law. Compensation tied to capital raised is one of the things that turns a marketing firm into an unregistered broker, and we are not willing to be one. It also keeps our incentives honest: we get paid to create qualified conversations, so that is what we optimise for, rather than pushing you toward a raise that should not happen.
Thirty minutes on where your raise stands and what we would build for it. If we are not the right firm, we will say so on the call.
